Inspired by and designed in honor of the women in his family, the Chasing Paper x David Quarles, IV "Legacy Collection" features four patterns in multiple colorways. Shaping his vibrant point of view as a designer, this collection honors David's history and how these strong female familial ancestral names help form his legacy.
The pattern feels like a tribute you can actually see—each detail carries so much personality that my hallway has become a conversation piece. Installation was straightforward with the peel-and-stick backing, and the way the multiple colorways shift in natural light is honestly stunning.
The colors are so rich and vibrant in person, almost like little pieces of art for the wall. I put it up in the hallway and the hand-drawn quality of the pattern makes it feel really special, not like a typical print. The whole process was easy enough for a weekend project and it’s become my favorit
